Our cheese cart is a really popular choice for a sophisticated addition to any event. Perfect as part of an evening buffet, or as a yummy desert for your guests and is a great opportunity to try something new! Decorated to your theme and equipped with rustic decorations, it will make your event stand out!
WHERE CAN THE CHEESE CART GO?
Our Cheese Cart is suitable for most venues whether you're planning to celebrate in a hotel, sports club, function room, working men's club, stately home, marquee, tipi or even a castle! The Cart isn’t for outdoors if uncovered as no one likes wet cheese!
WHAT DO I GET ON MY CART?
Our standard package includes full set up of the cart, a selection of 10 Fine Cheeses, Wooden Cheese Boards, Crackers, Biscuits, Breadsticks, Chutney's, Pickled Onions, Olives, Accompanying Fruits, Plates, Napkins, Cutlery, Cheese Knives, and Decorations to Match your Colour Scheme. Simply choose 10 varieties from our cheese selection. Any cheese left over is packaged up for you to take home with you if you are present on collection or we can store in a cold place at the venue
DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION:
We deliver, install and collect either the same evening after your event or the next morning (this is arranged as per venue requirements and timings of the event and is agreed by all parties). We carry public liability insurance as per the usual venue requests for wedding suppliers.
HYGIENE AND FOOD HANDLING:
Rest assured that we source our goods only from reputable suppliers and store them in the recommended ways. We hold the Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering, and can send the certificate upon request. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned before the next event.
THINKING OF BOOKING?
If you would like to secure a booking with us, we ask for a 50% deposit, this can be paid by cash if you’re local to us or by bank transfer or paypal. Once the deposit is received we then send booking confirmation to you by email, on the confirmation we do ask for certain information regarding your venue and contact details.
2 Weeks before the hire…
We contact yourself and your venue two weeks before your special occasion to arrange times for delivery, set up and collection, and cheese selections. This is where we will confirm where you would like everything set up and we will also collect the remaining 50% of the balance.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Refunds & Cancellations offered: 100% up to 3 months before, 50% thereafter.
